Long's Park │ July 2
Situated in the heart of Lancaster City, Long's Park is renowned for its annual Patriotic Fireworks Celebration. The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" will perform in the Amphitheater beginning at 7:30 p.m. People spread blankets on the grassy slopes of the park, eagerly waiting for the sky to explode with vibrant colors. The mesmerizing fireworks show, accompanied by patriotic music, creates a truly immersive experience that embodies the spirit of the holiday. The concert is part of Long's Park's Summer Music Series, which welcomes a diversity of musical talent including blues, reggae, southern rock, country and R&B artists to this beautiful outdoor venue.
Lititz Springs Park │ July 3 & 4
The quaint town of Lititz hosts one of the oldest consecutive Fourth of July celebrations in the country. How's that for patriotic? 2023 marks the 206th year for this two-day event at Lititz Springs Park. The festivities kick off with a red-white-and-blue parade on July 3. That evening, there's live music and the 82nd annual Queen of the Candles pageant. On July 4, there's a full day of free concerts, from the Lititz Community Band to country and rock bands. On both days, there will be 20 food vendors throughout the park and activities for all ages. The celebration concludes with a DJ dance party and an out-of-this-world fireworks show.
Clipper Magazine Stadium │ July 1
Home to the Lancaster Barnstormers, Clipper Magazine Stadium not only offers thrilling baseball games but also an incredible Fourth of July party and fireworks show. On July 1, attendees can witness the spectacle from the stadium's seating areas or bring their lawn chairs and blankets for a comfortable viewing experience. While there's no game that day, there is plenty to see and do, including a hot dog eating contest, field games in the outfield, live music, a golf simulator, kids inflatables, and more.
Stone Gables Estate │ July 4
Stone Gables Estate in Elizabethtown will host its activity-packed Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks Extravaganza on its expansive grounds. Spend July 4 at the historic Star Barn and enjoy acres of fun with more food trucks than ever before. There will be self-guided tours of both Ironstone Ranch and the Star Barn, a petting zoo, yard games, ax throwing, mechanical bull riding, and a camp fire. To entertain the crowds, there will be a country musician, a juggler, a reptile show and a party band leading up to breathtaking fireworks show.
